HistoryMaker, a homebuilder based in Grapevine, will soon break ground on its first build-to-rent neighborhood in the Houston market in the Sunterra master-planned community in Katy. Villas at Sunterra will offer a mix of one and two story homes ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet, according to ONM Living. To cater to families, the builder will introduce an option for larger homes with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Nearby, HistoryMaker Homes has started building for-sale homes on the initial section of 35 lots out of a planned 305 lots in Sunterra, a 1,305-acre development of Land Tejas northwest of Interstate 10 and the Grand Parkway. The initial lots are 40 feet wide, and options for homes on 45-foot and 50-foot lots will be added later this year.
